M2L versus M2LD - What are the differences ?

The Mega Mixable Live title comprises of 2 key versions:

🎵 Mega Mixable Live (M2L)

🎵 Mega Mixable Live Deluxe (M2LD)

When these titles were first published in July 2018 to the various App Stores, the main differences between them were down to the availability of exclusive and premium themes in the deluxe version of the title. The deluxe version also had a price tag on it because of this. Both versions had the same amount of percussion instrumental pre-sets and sound loops too. 

What this means is that both M2L and M2LD provided the same creative musical experience irrespective of the version the end user decided to choose.

With the 2022 revival of the project, the differences between both titles are far more pronounced. And while both versions still logically stem from the same codebase, the differences are much clearer.

With the revival of the Mega Mixable Live title in 2022, more development efforts have been invested into further distinguishing the deluxe version from the standard version by not only providing an ever growing list of premium themes, but also incorporating features that are not present in the standard version.

An example of this will be the 'Theme Changer' buttons that are present in the deluxe version (M2LD), but not in the standard version (M2L). End users who purchase the deluxe version can move back and forth between themes in the app as opposed to just cycling through the list until they get to the end of the list, and are taken back to the first theme. This makes it extremely easy for end users to find their favourite theme rather quickly.

Another feature will be the 'Deck Recording' feature which is present in M2LD but not in M2L. This provides a very easy way for end users to begin recording their creative musical sessions (screen and microphone capture) as opposed to digging through their device menus to find the screen recorder app. 

These are only two examples, however the convenience that these features provide to the end user are indispensable to having the complete Mega Mixable Live experience.

M2L and M2LD are currently available on the iOS App Store, and are currently being prepared to be published to the Amazon App Store and the Google Play Store.

Preview 01: Video Inside 👇 Dear readers, I would like to use this as an opportunity to welcome you to the first ever preview of Mega Mixable Live Baltica (M2LBA).  This preview consists of a screen recording of the development version of the application which is currently running on an android emulator for PC ( allows me to use the mouse ). This preview will demonstrate the new start-up sequence, which includes:  - A new notice / attention screen. - An updated company splash screen - An updated 'powered by' splash screen - New landing screen / main menu While this is a development version of the application, It is safe to conclude that was is shown here is likely to be how these segments will look in the final release.
